This paper explores the group consensus problem of second-order multi-agent systems (MAS) under asynchronous denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. Asynchronous DoS attacks involve the interruption of certain communication links. allowing the MAS to be reimagined as a switching system with a persistent dwell time (PDT).
